I am the CEO of Tactica Capital Management. We are deep value investors
specializing in: (1) Graham & Dodd style of deep value investing; (2) Risk
arbitrage; (3) Event-driven strategies; and (4) Pro-active closure of
value-price gap. Our audited track record since 2001 shows that we have
delivered returns in excess of 40% p.a.
I teach a popular paper titled "Behavioural Finance and Business Valuation"
to MBA students at Management Development Institute, one of India's top 5
